Olivia is a restaurant group that serves authentic Italian food. We use the best ingredients from small, family-run producers in Italy. Our restaurants are inspired by our favorite Italian cities, and they will make you feel like you’re in Italy. We have restaurants in all the major cities in Norway, as well as in Gothenburg and Stockholm in Sweden, and in Helsinki in Finland.

We are currently recruiting for the summer season for our restaurant at Avenyn 1, Gothenburg. We are looking for chefs and pizzaiolos to join a modern progressive kitchen with high standards, and to focus on quality in every step. We are quite busy – so you need be be able to and like to work in a fast pace when needed.

We look for candidates with the following qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years experience from a professional Italian restaurant/pizzeria with high pace
• You are structured, clean and organized
• You are able to work independently as well as being a very good team player
• You are enthusiastic, service minded and willing to learn
• You have a ”yes-I-can” attitude
