On our menu you will find a wide range of Italian dishes prepared from scratch in our kitchens with quality ingredients. Italian cuisine is full of amazing flavours, and each region has its own traditions and specialties that they are particularly proud of. This is something we have made sure to take into consideration in our restaurants. Each Olivia is inspired by one particular Italian city, and has a number of dishes on the menu typical to that specific area. This way, you can experience different parts of Italy when visiting us.
